Privacy Policy for Nimbus Harvest

Michel Pierce Tahya ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nimbus Harvest mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the third-party services it relies on. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Nimbus Harvest does not require an account, and your game progress is saved locally on your device. However, to run the game and its optional features, the App and the third-party services it uses collect the following:

• Approximate/precise location — used only to fetch your local weather (see Section 2).
• Usage and analytics data — in-app events and gameplay statistics (for example, coins earned and spent) via Firebase Analytics, used to understand how the game is played and to improve it.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring, used to find and fix problems.
• Device and advertising identifiers — used by our advertising partner to deliver rewarded ads (see Section 3). Access to the advertising identifier is only used if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Feedback you submit — if you use the in-app Feedback form, the message and star rating you enter (along with the app version and a timestamp) are stored via Firebase Firestore. This form does not ask for your name or email.

2. Location Services and Weather Data

The core mechanic of the game—real-world, weather-influenced farming—requires an active internet connection and access to your device's location.

How your location is used: The App accesses your location ("When In Use") strictly to request current weather conditions for your area from Apple's WeatherKit service.

No location history: We do not build a profile of your movements or retain a history of your coordinates on our own servers. Location handling by Apple WeatherKit is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Advertising

The App offers optional rewarded ads (for example, "watch an ad for bonus coins") through Google AdMob. These are always initiated by you and are never required to play.

Before any ads are shown, the App presents a consent request (Google's User Messaging Platform, for GDPR/CCPA where applicable) and Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline tracking, you may still see non-personalized ads. Google's handling of ad data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and its Advertising policies.

4. Analytics and Diagnostics

We use Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring), provided by Google, to collect anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, and performance data. This helps us fix bugs and improve the game. This data is not used to identify you personally and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Apple WeatherKit — provides the weather data used for gameplay.
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance, Firestore) — analytics, diagnostics, and feedback storage.
• Google AdMob — optional rewarded advertising.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Because the App includes third-party advertising and analytics, it is not designed for the Apple Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.

7. Your Choices

You can control tracking and personalized ads at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device, and you can revoke Location access in Settings > Nimbus Harvest. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access or delete your data under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated through an App update.
